At Life Spaces, we work as inclusively as possible to bring wellbeing to the widest possible audience.


Our detailed consultation is designed to determine the best course of treatment for each individual. 


If you have an underlying health issue or concern, please chat to us - it is likely that we will be able to cater for your needs.


Not all treatments are suitable for all people, our practitioners will advise based on your personal circumstances

How can I pay?

Payments are welcome in cash, PayPal, and card payments.

For some treatments and courses, we require payment in advance to secure your appointment or course place.

Getting to you

Life Spaces is tucked away in a quiet location within a residential area. We are lucky to be a secluded spot - but this does mean we can be tricky to find. When you book your first appointment, we'll send you directions on how to find us.


We have free onsite parking, and are accessible on local transport.

Booking Terms & Conditions

As a small private practice, we value clients who arrive for their appointments to start promptly. Should you be delayed, please do let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you within the remaining appointment time.


Cancellations - please allow at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment, or payment will be due in full. 


When booking a course, or block of treatments, the full terms and conditions of booking will be sent to you along with your confirmation pack.


As with all treatments, results will vary from one person to another. 



Do you accept male clients?

Yes we do. We are a professional Holistic Health Practice, and maintain the diginity and respect of our clients, and the professionalism of our therapists at all times. 

Do you offer mobile services?

Generally, all treatments and sessions are held in the tranquility of our bespoke therapy suite.


We also offer sessions from a holistic health centre in Coventry, by prior arrangement only.


Home visits and mobile services: should you have a mobility issue that prevents you from being able to access treatments with us, please enquire about home visits.
