What is Hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing, quite simply put, is a range of tools, techniques and information, that combined together help you to prepare for a birth where you feel safe, empowered, and  in control. 

We use the relaxation and breathing techniques of hypnosis, combined with hypnotherapy to help you to release any fears or misconceptions about birth, and equip yourself with the ability to work in harmony with your birthing body to create the best birth possible for you and your baby - however you welcome them into the world.

Dads Matter Too!

You were there at conception, and you want to be there at the birth right? But what on earth are you meant to 'do'? 


It's not unusual for Dads - to - be to feel a little out of their depth when it comes to birth. Afterall, expectant mums have had all those months and antenatal appointments to get used to the marvellous changes in their body and mindset. 


Birth is important for Dads too, and our Birth Preparation Classes help to you feel knowledgeable, empowered and able to supoprt your partner in the birth of your baby. We'll guide you through all the 'need to knows', plus you'll be involved in learning all the tools to practice together with your partner to ensure she has the most relaxed, comfortable and empowered birth possible.

How Hypnobirthing Helps

Hypnobirthing has been shown to:

Birth Preparation Classes

Small Group Classes

These courses are run in small intimate groups giving you all of the  benefits of hypnobirthing, plus the opportunity to meet and share your experience with other like minded parents to be.


The classes cover the full course content, with 10 hours of tuition, split over 2 x 5 hour sessions, for you and a birth partner. Refreshments and light bites are included.


The course includes a parent resource and information pack, MP3 relaxation tracks, a copy of the KG Hypnobirthing Book, plus discounts on our other treatments and services. You’ll also enjoy a mummy to be goody bag of treats, with our compliments.


Investment : Group Classes £275 per couple.


 You can join our classes at any point during your pregnancy, with most parents attending from 20 weeks onwards.


Classes are held at Life Spaces Walnut Lodge in Nuneaton, generally at the beginning of each month: Saturday 1:00pm -6:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm to 6:00pm

Private Hypnobirthing Sessions

Want a bespoke experience for you and your birth partner?


Private Hypnobirthing Sessions are tailored to your specific circumstances, whilst still covering the full course content.


Ideal for couples who have experienced previous birth trauma, or who are planning a VBAC.


Private sessions are held at Life Spaces Walnut Lodge in Nuneaton.


10 hours of tuition, split over 2 x 5 hours or 4 x 2.5 hours for you and a birth partner, £375. Refreshments are included. You can take sessions at any point during your pregnancy, with most parents opting to take sessions from 20 weeks onwards.


Includes parent resource and information pack, MP3 relaxation tracks, copy of the KG Hypnobirthing Book, plus discounts on our other treatments and services. You’ll also enjoy a mummy to be goody bag of treats with our compliments.
