At Life Spaces, we recognise the importance of having plenty of time to discuss your needs, especially when embarking on a journey of change.
After carrying out a thorough exploration session, we are able to tailor a course of treatments specifically for you, to enable you to get the most from sessions. We do not charge for this initial consultation time.
Your first session, including consultation and Hypnotherapy session 1 will last aroud 90 minutes.
Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes. All sessions are charged at £75.
A block of 5 sessions is £350, when booked and paid in advance.
