Life Coaching is a dynamic and interactive approach to making changes to start living the life you dream of.
Through a series of concersations and activities guided by your coach, the coaching journey helps you to identify areas for change, and suports you to make those changes positively, quickly and with amazing results.

Life Coaching is a process of change that takes place over a number of sessions. In order to acheive the best results it is important that you commit to that process, therefore we offer coaching courses in blocks of 4 sessions, usually spread across 4 - 8 weeks.
At the end of the course, you have the option to schedule further sessions to ensure that you stay on track and maximise the results.
A 4 week coaching course is £295, payable in advance. Included in this investment are 4 x 1 hour, one to one sessions with your coach, full resource pack, including planners, activities and goal setting exercises to work on at home.
At Life Spaces, we recognise the importance of having plenty of time to discuss your needs, especially when embarking on a journey of change.
After carrying out a thorough exploration session, we are able to tailor a course of sessions specifically for you, to enable you to get the most from sessions. We do not charge for this initial consultation time.
Your first session, including consultation and Coaching session 1 will last aroud 90 minutes.
Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes. Life Coaching courses are in blocks of 4 sessions, usually spread over 4 - 8 weeks. Sessions are held at Life Spaces Therapy Suite.
