Welcome to Life Spaces Yoga and Meditation.
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise for the mind and body, originating around 5000 years ago in India. The exercises are a combination of breath work, stretching, and strengthening which improve tone, flexibility and strength of the body, improving the flow of energy and releasing stress and tension in the body.
At Life Spaces, our yoga classes are based on the principles of Hatha yoga, which places emphasis on the subtleties of correct postural alignment and breathwork. We offer a range of classes, with something to suit all abilities (and ages).
Classes are held in the beautiful tranquility of The Nurture Studio, a dedicated space for calmness, connection and community.
Nicola is passionate about the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing that yoga offers, and her classes are designed to soothe the body and the mind.

Pre & Postnatal Yoga Instructor
Baby, Toddler and Pre-school yoga Instructor
